A first person melee horror game where you use rusty tools to brutalize a gang of serial torturers in the remote Appalachian Forest.
About Butcher's Creek Demo
A troubled loner with a hunger for cinematic gore finds himself on the other side of the camera when rumors of authentic snuff videotapes lead him to an abandoned cabin near Butcher's Creek, Pennsylvania. What starts as illicit urban exploration becomes a fight for survival when he's captured by a gang of sadistic killers. Now his only option is to pick up a box cutter, a hammer, a pickaxe, or whatever else is at hand, and unleash a little video violence of his own. This demo will introduce you to the world, atmosphere, and combat of Butcher's Creek, with about 30 minutes of gameplay from the full game's introduction and first level. DEMO FEATURES

Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Butcher's Creek Demo is free right now on Steam, with nothing to pay.
Is this the full game?
No. A demo is a portion of Butcher's Creek Demo — usually the opening section — published so you can try it. It is free permanently, but it is not the complete game.
Where do I claim it?
On the official Steam page. We link straight there — we never host game files or act as a middleman.
