Privacy
What this site stores, in plain terms: almost nothing about you.
No accounts
There is no sign-up, no login and no password. We do not ask for your name, your email address or anything else, and we could not identify you if we wanted to.
Your claimed list stays on your device
When you mark a game as claimed, that list is written to your own browser using localStorage. It is never sent to us and never leaves your device. We cannot see it, cannot restore it, and cannot show it to you on a different computer. Clearing your browser data clears it, which is why the page offers a JSON download.
What we do count
When someone clicks a claim link we record two things: which game it was, and when. That is the whole record. No IP address, no browser fingerprint, no cookie, no identifier of any kind, and nothing that could be linked back to a person or joined across visits. It exists so we can tell which giveaways people actually want.
Advertising
This site shows ads from Google AdSense, which is what keeps it free. Google may set cookies and use them to personalise advertising, which is outside our control and governed by Google's own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can manage ad personalisation in your Google account settings or through your browser.
Links to other sites
Claim links go directly to Steam, the Epic Games Store, GOG, itch.io and other storefronts. Once you follow one you are on their site under their privacy policy, not ours.
Changes
If what we collect ever changes, this page changes with it. Given that the answer is currently "a game name and a timestamp", we intend to keep it that way.
