Build, automate, & optimize elegant production lines, in a factory made from modules you create. Whether you’re solving intricate logistics puzzles or designing aesthetically pleasing factories, Modulus is built for creative expression. Your solutions, like your factories, are uniquely your own.
About Modulus: Factory Automation Demo
The demo for Modulus includes around two hours of content, with additional time available for optimizing factory layouts. Factory floor size is the only limitation to your creative freedom and expression in this demo.
Experiment with a variety of operators, construct Grey and Blue buildings with unique functions. A step-by-step tutorial is included for those new to factory automation games.
Please note that save files from the previous version of the demo will not carry over to the full game; however, saves from the updated demo will transfer.
Modulus is a creative sandbox factory simulation where you don’t just solve problems, you design the components that make up the solution.
Build and automate elegant production systems using modular engineering tools: cut, paint, stamp, and assemble 3D building blocks called modules.
From logic-driven problem solving to free-form expression, Modulus blends base-building, resource management, and thoughtful strategy in a game that rewards both beauty and efficiency. There’s no single solution, only the system you create.

Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Modulus: Factory Automation Demo is free right now on Steam, with nothing to pay.
Is this the full game?
No. A demo is a portion of Modulus: Factory Automation Demo — usually the opening section — published so you can try it. It is free permanently, but it is not the complete game.
Where do I claim it?
On the official Steam page. We link straight there — we never host game files or act as a middleman.
