About the Demo Version This trial version allows you to play the tutorial and the early-game “Plum Rank” races. “If you want to become a top-tier sushi chef, you have to win the Sushi Derby.” As a sushi chef apprentice, you'll make sushi, train it , and compete in races. Win races, use the prize money to make even faster sushi and train harder, aiming for victory in the ultimate “S1” Cup!
